5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
6. Images and Generation Inputs — Images you upload, prompts, generation settings such as the target aspect ratio, and generated image results, as needed to provide the image extension feature.
7. Content Review Records — Task identifiers, input/output review outcomes, timestamps, policy versions and reason codes used to investigate abuse and appeals.
8. Welcome Reward Abuse Prevention — When welcome rewards and their protection are enabled, your browser combines browser, screen, language, time zone, hardware capability and graphics information into a SHA-256 device digest. Only the digest is sent, in a first-party signup_device cookie lasting one day. We use keyed digests of this signal, your IP address and verified email to limit repeated reward claims. Reward decisions and these digests are retained separately from accounts, including after account closure, to prevent repeat claims; device and IP reward windows are set by our service. Disabling reward protection stops collection and clears the device cookie on your next visit.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process your uploaded images and generation inputs to create expanded images.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Support account authentication and account security.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
• Manually review relevant submitted content and account information when investigating misuse reports or appeals.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service.
• With AI service providers that process uploaded images and generation inputs to produce the expanded images you request.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

The main image extension feature currently sends uploaded images and generation inputs to fal.ai for processing with FLUX.2 Pro Outpaint (fal-ai/flux-2-pro/outpaint). Paid background removal sends the uploaded image to fal.ai's Bria RMBG 2.0 model (fal-ai/bria/background/remove). General image generation, when available, processes the submitted generation inputs using Seedream 5.0 Pro (doubao-seedream-5-0-pro-260628).

Generation prompts, reference images and generated results are also processed for content review using Gemini 2.5 Flash through fal.ai's OpenRouter Vision service. These providers receive the content needed for the review. Images and task details are stored to provide your generation history and support, and review records support abuse investigations. To request deletion, contact the address below; we will verify your identity and consider applicable record-keeping obligations.

Data Security

We use encrypted connections and access controls to help protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights
